Direct answer
For account-free Kegel practice, PelvicEx offers browser training with local progress; PelvicWise’s developer also states that no account is required. These are different privacy models: browser storage has no automatic account backup, while PelvicWise’s policy describes device and personal cloud storage. No-account use does not mean anonymity, no technical logs, or protection from someone using your unlocked device.
How we verified this comparison
Checked on 18 September 2026 against public privacy policies and regional store disclosures for PelvicWise, Kegel Trainer, Dr. Kegel and Squeezy. We distinguish app registration, device storage, personal cloud backup, tracking declarations and shared-device exposure. PelvicWise’s policy now describes personal cloud storage; Squeezy’s policy covers connected services as well as other platform uses. Neither statement establishes the behavior of every installation or tier.
PelvicEx publishes this guide and benefits from its use. No paid placements or affiliate links. This comparison uses official listings and our own browser check; competitors were not installed, purchased or tested for privacy, accessibility, offline use or cancellation.
Compare the decision that matters
| Option or need | What is verified | Limit to consider |
|---|---|---|
| No app sign-up | PelvicEx: observed. PelvicWise: stated by developer | A store or cloud account is a separate issue |
| Storage | PelvicEx: this browser. PelvicWise policy: device and personal cloud | Read backup settings rather than assume local-only |
| Tracking disclosures | Dr. Kegel and Kegel Trainer publish collection disclosures | No hands-on network audit was performed |
| Shared device | Local records can remain accessible in the same browser | Account-free is not an access lock |
Clinical capability and technique
Apps can present education, cues, reminders, settings, and records. They cannot feel whether the pelvic floor closes and lifts, observe substitution, distinguish abdominal pressure from pelvic-floor force, assess tenderness, or diagnose why symptoms occur.
Pricing and access
PelvicEx is currently free. PelvicWise describes a free foundation plus optional Pro and lifetime access. Account-free access and price can change independently, so verify both on the current first-party listing before choosing.
Privacy and account requirements
PelvicEx browser storage is local to the browser profile but is not encrypted medical storage and may be visible to others using the same profile. A “Data Not Collected” store label is supplied by the developer and may not cover every platform service or future version.
Decision checklist
Decide what you want privacy from: a login database, advertising identifiers, cloud copies or another person using the same device. These require different checks. PelvicEx’s browser storage avoids an app account but does not lock the screen or protect an exported file. PelvicWise’s policy describes personal cloud storage, so check iCloud backup settings if cloud copies matter to you. Store labels cannot establish that no network data leaves a device. Before switching apps, locate export and deletion instructions, save only the records you need, and avoid keeping sensitive exports in a shared downloads folder.
Define the privacy threat you care about
Account-free use mainly answers one question: whether the service requires a profile for access. It does not answer whether analytics leave the device, whether advertising identifiers are used, whether backups copy local records, or whether another person can open the same browser profile. Someone using a shared phone may value an app lock or easy data clearing more than cloud-free storage alone.
Conversely, optional sync can be useful when a person needs backup or several devices, provided the choice is understandable and deletion works. Check the current policy, permissions, platform privacy label, network behavior if independently audited, and in-product controls.
